Volunteer with Children

As the new year gets underway, why not do something that's good for you and for your community? Help us share the Garden with children through a variety of volunteer activities – you can lead guided walks for school kids, help kindergarten students and their parents learn about redwoods, or weed, water and plant with students in our Children's Garden. Each program requires differing levels of training and commitment, but all give you the chance to have fun in the garden with children. No experience is required, but enjoyment of children and the natural world, flexibility and good humor are all essential!
