Lead Visitors on Garden Walks

Would you like to introduce visitors to the plants and gardens of SFBG? Do you want to learn more about plants and their uses? Are you interested in the environment, sustainability and biodiversity? Sign up today!

Training takes place across two semesters, one in spring and an optional training in fall. Spring training takes place on eight consecutive Saturdays and focuses on the Garden's Native Plant, Magnolia and Cloud Forest Collections and how to be a great interpretive speaker. Fall classes emphasize plants from the Southern Hemisphere, which will be in bloom during that training.
