Salvias, Shrubs & Fuchsias featured at July Plant Sale

Summer is in full swing and so are the summer blooms. I hope everyone is finding time to get in their gardens. We have some beautiful, hard-to-find plants for you at this month's sale:

Sneak Preview

  • 50+ different kinds of Salvias including several drought-tolerant native Salvias
  • We have the King! King protea (Protea cynaroides) with its large, gorgeous flowers will be available
  • Many other beautiful native shrubs such as bush poppy (Dendromecon rigida) and sticky monkey flower (Diplacus aurantiacus)
  • Other hard to find, interesting California natives like Dudleya and native lilies
  • Numerous kinds of cupheas will be available as well.
  • 20+ different kinds of mite resistant and species Fuchsias that we specialize in and are perfect for the Bay Area
  • Gorgeous Vireya rhododendron

Bring your plant questions to the Plant Sale! Master Gardeners will be stationed at pickup by the Plant Arbor from 11:30am–2:30pm.


The plant sale takes place July 12, 10am–1pm at the Nursery. And don't forget that Members get 10% off their purchases. Happy summer! See you at the Sale!
