We love Mexican bush sage as much for its velvety purple blossoms as for the way those flowers assemble on this hardy shrub. Each grouping seems to move as in a choreographed dance. Like whirling dervishes spinning to Turkish Sufi music or ballroom dancers gracefully waltzing to Strauss, Mexican bush sage delights the viewer at every turn. Find out more in this month's In Bloom feature, along with photos, a plant profile and exact locations. |
