When Rosie accidently swallows an apple seed, her sister Katie mischievously tells her that an apple tree will grow out of her ears. She's soon swept away with her active imagination; imagining the trouble and wonders an apple tree would cause. Both children and adults can relate to this playful story based on a real incident from the authors' childhood.
