11:00 AM
Tasting Reception and Silent Auction in the Demonstration Garden Festivities will include a tasting of epicurean treats by local purveyors of organic products and a silent auction offering rare plants and specialty tours of businesses promoting sustainable practices.

12:30 PM

Luncheon on the Great Lawn with Following the “tasting” reception, guests will be treated to a sumptuous mid-day meal crafted by jZcool featuring local organic and sustainably produced ingredients.

1:30 PM
Guest Speaker Michael Pollan will share some of his thoughts on sustainable living.
