Confirmations: No confirmations will be sent for classes. We will call you if the
class is filled or cancelled and will refund your fee. Confirmation letters will be sent
for field trips, garden tours, and travel only.
Cancellation and refunds: Registration fees (less ten percent processing charge)
will be refunded if cancellation is made seven days before the event. Cancellations later
than this will be refunded (less twenty percent) only if someone takes your place.
