One of Dr. Madulid's goals is to establish
a series of Philippine National Botanic Gardens in different
climate zones, to facilitate the conservation of rare and
endangered native species. This site in Baguio is currently
only a recreational park (despite the name), but holds good
potential to be a functional botanic garden for cloud forest
species.
