At the summit of the mountain, a tiny bit of
cloud forest remains. It covers only 8 hectares (19.8 acres) - too
small to be self-sustaining. In past years, several new species
of small mammals have been discovered in this location. If botanists
had surveyed the area, how many new plant species could have been
found and potentially saved?
